After a thanksgiving feast and a day of leftovers I still dropped! I can't believe it because before keto I would look at potatoes and gain weight, I slowly crept from 107 to 167 over the last few years!! I guess staying under 28NC during the feast kept me in ketosis. Yay! Very pleased this morning! Haven't seen 144 in a very LONNNNNG time. I am so used to seeing 154 at the lowest this year while trying different diet/exercise methods and yo-yo-ing around from 154-167, I had to take a double take!! Feeling grateful, feeling greatful!! 💓 this keto life really works! Also NSV, when I tightened up my abs and stomach that area just feels smaller... I never measured before, but I may do that today to start tracking that progress as well! Cheers to a fabulous week pals!!!!

@sunnypeg, you're doing keto right? If so by only doing carbs not NC, then you could be able to eat more carbs if you're having fibrous foods/veggies! I started off doing only carbs and realized I could actually allow my self much more foods/options and amounts because I was taking the fiber into consideration. But I am still learning a lot about keto WOE. For example my guacamole was 5C so I chose not to eat it, but I didn't realize it had 3.5Fiber, so it was really only 1.5NC and totally something I could and should eat because of the good fats and protein!!
