Saturday evening--

Inner thigh, wide stance, toes pointed out--squats w/ combined upright row 16 lbs-- NO SHOES 👍

I need to add these in 2x a week, I actually finally feel a little sore in that area of my thighs I want to firm up. The machine @ the gym is not hitting that spot.
