I'm going to attempt making croutons out of the Almond bread, but herbed it up... trying a keto friendly stuffing since tomorrow is my first of four thanksgiving meals I will be having (if not more)

@looped the brand is "imagine" it is corn starch as a thickener. But for 1/4 cup it's only 15 cal and 2carbs

For an alternative thickener I grind up dried mushrooms to a powder and use that to thicken sauces. Don't know what the carb count is but can't see it being that much.
