I haven't really noticed a change in the scale, for the most part at all. But this morning I was in a hurry, so I found some workout leggings that fit me tight and are uncomfortable but I needed something fast. So to my demise, they fit way better not tight, and actually they fit perfectly around my waist! Ill probably one of those that notices in inches, before the scale :) I never hated the scale if im honest
