Time change... ?

So I usually eat dinner kinda late (7:30), then stay up late and sleep in, since going keto and doing IF I usually break fast around 2:30... but since this time change we have been eating earlier dinners, doing more in the evenings and waking up slightly earlier (due to the change) so by noon I'm HUNGRY... stomach growling, all I can think about is food, then cravings kick in. Should I back off on the IF until my body adjusts to the time change? Or push myself through?

Anyone else noticing any differences due to the time change?

@meli I am curious how you get enough calories/fat/protein in one meal. I have a hard time doing so in two meals and a snack. But I am very open minded about trying new things. Maybe it isn't just the time change but also womanly monthly reasons... I may just have an increase in appetite for my impending doom this week 😩

@meli1028 thanks for the info. I have been trying to just eat when I am hungry, sometimes it's once a day, sometimes three times. I am trying to just listen to my body and not eat when I am bored or just because others are... since some days I am a home body, some days I am out hiking and active. So my needs fluctuate.
