I altered the 90 second Almond meal bread recipe... use organic canola oil, cinnamon, pumpkin purée, sugar sub, an egg and topped with butter and cream cheese with sugar sub...

Satisfied my sweet tooth, but I'm just not a fan of fake sugar. I ate 1/2 and will save half for tomorrow.
