You will only stop losing weight for, about 2-3 weeks when eating more calories. After that, I'm sure you'll lose weight again. Your body needs to use to it... and if you continue eating so less, you'll put on weight, and it would be harder and harder to lose weight... So what do you prefer? Put on weight for a period, but losing it after a while and living healthy or losing weight, what will stop later and ruining your body?

Agree with Winanda! Your body needs the nutrition and the only way to go back up to more than 1000 cal is to just do it and accept that for a while you might gain a little bit. After your body has restored its balance you can lose weight again but it might take some weeks. However the weight you lose then will be more permanently, otherwise when you keep up the 1000 cal diet until you’re on your goal and start eating normal again, you are back on your starting weight in no time.
