You know what is harder than resisting temptation???
Well the answer for me is:
breaking the cycle once you give in to those temptation... 😩

I ate more pizza today because it was in my fridge, at eye level and too easy not to eat a cold slice or two 🙈😭😭😭💔

But tomorrow I plan a super low carb day after a 20hour fast and a detox tea... followed by meditation, journaling and some yoga. I guess I needed this slip up to remind me that I am stronger than my cravings and I am stronger than this and to not be lazy and eat what is in front of me instead of cooking.

But Ugh, why'd I do this...??? ☹️

Oh and my karma for not being true to my plan... chipped my tooth on said cold pizza... it doesn't hurt and isn't noticeable luckily... but really... if that wasn't a sign, I don't know what is!

Your fine and human! I was just reading sometime you need to add a few more calories or carbs to shake the diet up and rejump start it!

@8patty I have read that as well. But still feel like I sabotaged myself and set myself way back. I will record my weight tonight and move on... use this as a tool and reminder or as proof that carbing up does work as a reset!!!

You said it sister! The avalanche effect. I think it's partially emotional. It feels good to be nourished, the trick is to nourish ones self without ultimately self sabotage. I must admit I've probably never met a pizza I did not like. At least it was tasty, for sure!
