Had a good day today. However I screwed up my food because I had almost all my carbs in one meal. Too much of a blood sugar rush and not stable throughout the day like it should be. But I didn't eat anything I shouldn't and I didn't drink a diet soda today. I did get hungry before dinner but I didn't make any bad choices. I should have checked my carbs at lunch so I could have saved some for dinner. I'll do better next time. No exercise today. I still have lots of water to drink. I finally got over being constipated the same day I bought flaxseed oil and flaxseed meal. Need to plan better tomorrow. Forgot to enter the 2 slices of beef bologna I ate for a snack. Now I'm two over on my carbs darn it! My ketone stick did turn dark purple again so that was good.
