now having yogourt am, fruta 12 lunchbox salad lunch, pm small dinner , on monday eve only yogourt, yesteday 4 spoons chiliconcarne and veggies at Susaa, on the weekend gulash at home and small dessert appletaart fruit and icecream, sat at halloween Kristin tryed guacamole halloween, feetloaf miniportion, gello miniportion, water, brownie 2 mini, ate gulash before at home, susan 1 glass of wine, viernes at Patri, sopa queso, minicake, 1 glass of wine, coffe with milk, at the gym Sunday coffee with milk, Sunday a mini chocolate piece, lots of peanuts, at Susan also peanuts, conclusion lots of niebeling like the old days, this is where I get the extra calories from, I need to change this behaviour I am really upset now 1 kilos extra yesterday 64,7 and now 65,4 I need to keep the 1000 cal a day and add exercise, today salads and excercise at the beach or bosque con Clau
65.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I dont fully understand what you are all listing here above, however being determined to stay at 1000 calories a day is way too little. It puts your body into energy saving mode, so it may look like its effective and you will lose weight, however after a while when you are eating a bit more you will quickly put on weight again. Its really bad for your health to put such a strain on your body but denying it the nutrition it needs. Maybe you need to eat more (small) proper meals so that the nibbling in between meals is easier to give up.
