Fasted 25.5 hours and had only one meal yesterday and ate at 5:30 pm today after OTF workout.
Did OTF HELL WEEK yesterday "inclines of death"
We went all the way up to 15% incline. I could not keep up my normal base. So base was a 4 and push: 5
100 push ups yesterday.
Did a cold shower therapy for about 30 sec.

OTF today was "Helloween" and you picked from a bowl how much you workout. The treat workout were not "treats" and the "trick" workouts straight out sucked. I had a hard time today with workout, not sure if it's due to the consecutive workouts. I have never in my life pushed myself for so long this hard.
100 push ups done for today.
I did get my OTF Hell week shirt and it's cool looking. Gave it to my wife. LOL

Just got back from trick or treating with the kids and my feet hurt.
