Been so stressed lately found myself reaching for that comfort food lately. Fighting the temptation of Halloween candy is a daily struggle. Went to have labs done last week to discover I am having a lot of my vitamins are low. So I need help with D,B12, iron, Calcium and potassium; have to find foods that rich in these so I don't have to spent my days taking pills. But at least this can explain why I have been so overly tired recently. Between lack of energy, work and injury I haven't seen the inside of a gym in over a year although I have a membership at XSport.

But I am going to make small changes every week and get myself back in gear for weight lost.
