Well, I over did the holidays again! I did great at Thanksgiving, I even lost weight...now I have to carry that through to Christmas next year!
I had fun, and I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I had, so I'm not beating myself up over it.
However, I'm back on track now: Good breakfast - check Healthy snacks - check Quick, easy lunch - check
I've even worked out today!
