JOURNAL : Am less disgruntled today. Carb count excellent. Noticed that my attitude changed as my cravings lessened . My carb count average lower. I am not quite certain what triggered me these past few days. My stress (although not hugh with family); the recent bad prognosis given a love one; the hidden use of sugar substitutes . JUST was really unsatisfied. Want to eat..it away. Feeling unsettled about my adult daughter visiting from Seattle. The surface of our relationship seems good but I am dissatisfied. My problem not hers. Need to make it part of my daily meditation. Let go…Let her go…just don’t take my car! ;>)
