Taco night means I have to adapt my meal from what I feed my fam... grassfed ground beef, zucchini, broccoli, sour cream, cheese and hot sauce. Cooked the veggies in butter and lemon, pepper and garlic. So I only left out the corn tortillas and beans 💓

Ended the day with 8.5NC Tomorrow I will up my carbs back to 20NC and see how I feel, Sunday and Monday are going to be hard, we will be out and about all day and evening and hanging out with my vegan cousin from France... so I am hoping to be able to find food at the vegan restaurants I am taking her to, I may be bringing keto bomb creamer to add to tea and sneak my own snacks all day.
