Hormones have such a huge impact on weight, energy and mood. Hope your doctor is able to help you find the best balance in medication. I think you're right, you need to get back to keeping track of what you are eating. If that's all you have energy for right now, I think it will help. The other suggestion I have is for you to, maybe try and cut back on sugar. You'd be surprised what even making small changes can do.
