I weighed in at the Gym today as WW doesn't start back up til Tuesday. I was up but not as much as I expected so I am happy with that. I am back journaling and hitting the gym! Here is to a New Year and renewed motivation! ;)

Who didn't gain over Christmas break?! I just keep reminding myself that even with that big Christmas gain, I am still quite a bit less than I was when I started this - we just gotta keep plugging along! Have a great week!
