Well i got in a workout this weekend that was good. We were so busy there was no time for anything i didnt even make it to the grocery store. So the eating wasnt the best but it could have been worse. Salad for lunch today and pork chops for dinner. Then to the grocery store i hope today or tomorrow... hoping to get in a zumba class this week
