This morning I had a salsd for breakfast, with coffee,{weird I know.lol) for coffee break I had an apple and a cup of tea.
For lunch I had a 2 slices of turkey wrapped in 1 slice of swiss cheese, for od them and a light and fit yogurt.

You need to eat more, you sure that's right lol. See the pie chart on the bottom "Calorie Breakdown" Try to add more protein like for lunch add some more turkey or chicken. I also eat more tuna now but still need to add about 1tbl spoon of Light Mayo to moisten it up. But not to much tuna because of the mercury concern. You can also try getting some protein bars instead of just a chocolate bar.
