I have come to the conclusion that I eat too much at Night, and that is why I am now struggling.
This week, I am minimizing dairy to the milk I take in my tea and eating smaller portions at night.
Let's see if that helps. I really need to shake the last 9 kgs.

Hay Jules, have you tried almond milk. It's very good and less calories then even low fat milk...maybe worth trying it as an alternative...
