I'm watching this TLC show where a woman is 600+ lbs. I can't even imagine. It's making me think though. I could get to that weight, in time, easily I'm sure. I have to get a handle on things.

I need to eat less, better and smarter. I need to eat at the right times of the day. I need to exercise. I need to sleep. I need to move.

Please, let this be the beginning of the process. Please, don't let me fail again.

I've seen that show before, and saw it coming on again just now. I could not make myself watch it again because they were talking about how hungry they are all the time. It was making me feel hungry, just listening to them. You can do this!

I'm a Biggest Loser fan. I watch those people do it and know that yes I too can do that, and will. And you will too!!

I have seen that show. They say eating less is the way. But it is not. I have tried eating less. What you have to know is protion control and the right way is eating more but one a schedule. I eat 5 meals a day. breakfast, snack, lunch snack, dinner. I am making my metabolism work all day long. I am never hungry when I am not supposed to eat and I am hungry when I am. If I can lose the weight I know you can. Take it slow day by day. Do not rush it. Build up to a steady pace. Took me a year to be able to work out for 1.5 hours and lose 36 lbs. Keep up the good work and always think positive!!
