Looks absolutely delicious and yes...healthy!! At one point in my life, when I was the healthiest I'd ever been I had lost 180 pounds eating like this and working out. Unfortunately, since I didn't maintain that lifestyle and Now that I have diabetes..carbs are not my friend 😕. You're doing great!!! Keep up the good work!
