Made dinner grilled salmon on bed of wild rice w garlic, shitake mushrooms, red pepper saluted broccoli rabe and curly endive salad. was quite the work out to make this and then cleam up in the kitchen after a long walk this am. family loved it and i have left over for lunch tomorrow :-)
