On the way to the pumpkin patch. Going to resist all the food booths! So I packed cucumber and bell pepper slices, pecans, macadamia nuts, a vegan cheese slice, and a cream cheese spicy dip for my veggies. I do miss kettle corn!!! 😩

Got my net carbs to a little over 10 for lunch/snacks and at 683 calories!! Meaning I may reach a higher calorie intake goal today!! 👍 I added nuts to my snack, and Almond slivers to my spicy cream cheese dip.

I live (in my RV) at my brother & sis-in-laws house. They own a kettle corn business and have over 30 flavors. It's really tough sometimes! After events they sometimes have bags of it left over. I let myself have a splurge day once a month or so!
