Headed the wrong way.... I think the small amounts of extra carbs I eat at work to be social are messing me up. I am not dumping ketones, and sometimes experience after meal (insulin rebound?)hunger, so I am above where I would be keto adapted at times. My planned solution will be and sipping an extra water / unsweet tea at lunches, instead of nibbling on vegetable choices, or a few tablespoons of grits etc, and getting back into doing more exercise.
