Perfect! I have been loving the lettuce wraps instead of my usual tortillas. Hard for a Texas boy to admit, but it's darn good eating like you made it!

Blanquita, I did the pork butt in a slow cooker, overnight. There are a zillion recipes on the web to choose from. I then just assembled the ingredients on a couple romaine leaves and doused with hot sauce (since I didn't have any salsa). I might have to eat another one today. The pork butt was almost 10 pounds so I'll be eating it for a while.
