i did it!!! i went out to eat at below 40 (poke place ) and asked for a to go container right away.....immediately when they brought the food i put 1/2 away in the to go box. slowly and mindfully ate the rest. that was a great weight watchers tip. i love it! do it right away before you start to eat or you may never do it. i shopped after that then cooked an awesome dish that was a take off from true food kitchen a restaurant i ate at last week, roasted harissa cauliflower lots of work but damn it tastes just like the restaurant. will save the recipe to calculate macros etc later. i hope my hubby loves it very spicy garlicy yummy. you just eat a little bit it has tahina in it, not low cal but my goodness you only heed a little and you are satisfied
