did some hills this am to try to get ready for my san franciso trip next week. wow this is a pic of san Francisco. i don't think i'll be able to tackle these hills. this is some major stuff here. i'm only just starting to walk again. i did not use my cane this am and found some hills and focused on working core and gluts....
