Man these numbers are challenging - had my carbs way down, but my calories were too high, got my diet adjusted for less calories and now can't get my macros to line up aaahhhh oh well will see what this week brings come Friday.

Yes, the macros takes some practice and time. I had to just focus on the carbs at first, then work the rest in. Got it down now.

thanks for the encouragement - I'm hoping a 20 to 30 total carbs and 20 net carb plan with 7% carb 75% fat 18% protein and keeping my calories around 1500 to 1700 will get me some results - this week might be a wash considering my thanksgiving weekend carb fest .... back on track now:)
