Woke at 216.2, down 5.2 from yesterday. Drank a lot of red wine last night and that helped me move along some unwanted bulk this morning. Plus, did another hit of Lasix last night in addition to the dose I inadvertently took yesterday morning. So moved out a lot of water, too. Just took another dose so on we go for today! Finished my Nordic Nut bread for lunch, so will bake another loaf this weekend. Targeting 1752 calories today. Have a great weekend, everyone! UPDATE: Weighed in after dinner and recorded 217.8, so recording this morning's weigh in below. Ate dinner early and hit calorie goal but then Denise came home with a roasted chicken. I ate the thighs and that put me a few hundred over goal. Did not do any sort of workout today. UPDATE: Forgot to log my vitamins yesterday so the calorie total was actually 2045.
