well sort of disspointed with myself today I worked my butt off to gain 0.8 of a pound don't understand why ,after I worked so hard in zumba and did my mile walk and still put on weight .so here's my steps today 6023,burned 1764,miles 3.05,I'm tired tonight so I guess it is what it is .I've just got to try harder .
