Very frustrated by the fact that I am not losing weight. I have been faithfully recording foods and getting exercise. I thought when I gave up alcohol for lent that I would see at least a few pounds loss, but NO! Which goes to show that was a pointless effort. Wine will be returning to my diet for certain. I am uncertain about which way to continue. I cannot see making this much effort low carb wise with no measurable return. I am beginning to ponder other options.
