Have been doing intermittent fasting lately. I don't weigh very often but my hormone doctor wanted to know how much I weighed. I was shocked to see that I had lost. I'm getting strong and gaining muscle so I thought I would have been the same or a little heavier. I was very surprised!
55.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
