The last few weeks have been particularly difficult for me regarding exercise. I have only been running one or maybe two times a week and that is killing me. I am losing interest in exercise, boooooo!!! But, a dear sweet lady gave me a treadmill so my excuses are gone. Of to run I go. I will run every other day and get back to my commitment to honor God with my temple. Plus, sugar is killing me. I fight it daily.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
