After only counting calories so far, I am going to start the Military diet today, which is a strict meal plan for three days and then the rest of the week you can eat what you want. The remainder of the week I am going to try Intermittent fasting, and see if that helps with my weightloss journey. I want to continue this diet for a month, which is the duration you are maximally supposed to do the military diet. I'll let you know if and how well the military diet works for me!:)
