Okay, I decided to come back to Fat Secret after using My Fitness Pal for awhile. I think I like Fat Secret better for tracking diet and weight loss stuff. I have definitely lost weight since last August, but I really want to get below 200. That is 18.5 pounds to go. I know I can do it. I already lost 35 pounds since I started actively losing weight -- all through diet.
I need to actively track macros again if I am serious about this.
