Good combo of carbs and healthy fats for bfast, I think starting off the day with healthy fats are an excellent way to have energy for the day but it's equally important to get some simple sugars (strawberry banana smoothie) as well

Any recommendations🤔 I struggle to find protein sources other than eggs that is suitable for breakfast

Collagen is one of my favorite easy invisible proteins. In coffee, in shakes.

I usually eat energy breakfast bars - they literally state on them they are high in protein and provide energy - I think we get them at Target or Whole Foods.
