pagi: kopi
superlate lunch: egg muffin (telur, cream of tartar, baking powder, garam, 2 tetes lemon, ampas almond 1sdm, zaitun) + chicken patty 30gr (ayam, kembang kol, trio bawang, garam merica, balur telur biar ga keras) + selada + jamur 30gr 400ankcal.

gampang kak! saya bikinnya lgsg 6 buah: 3putih telor + 1sdt cream of tartar (Rp 7000an di jajaran baking powder, kalo saya udah ada d dapur) dikocok sampe busa, di mangkok terpisah kocok kuning telur, 1/3 putih yg tadi, 30ml zaitun, 2sdt baking powder, 1/2cup ampas almond (kalo kak Susanti26 bisa tepung gandum), garam dikit, 2 tetes lemon buat counter asam dari baking powder. panggang 180°C 20 menit. bisa dikasih rasa asin (tambah merica, herb, keju dll) atau manis (coklat, madu) bebas kak.

oya sebelum panggang campur dulu tdi adonan putih telurnya kak hehehe. tapi diaduk bentar aja biar ttp berbusa. saya pake wadah silikon biar gampang lepasnya.
