Oh man...been an awful couple days...haven't kept track of what I eat, forgot my antibiotics 2 days in a row and worked out 50% less than normal...EEEEEK...so overwhelmed with school (5000 word paper plus normal assignments due this week), Kaiden's birthday party and all the normal day to day stuff....will be doing my circuit training tonight to keep myself awake to finish this paper, then waking up with Kaiden to run...gotta stay focused!!!

I had a bad weekend starting last Friday and I was so glad that my scale broke Monday cause I did NOT want to see what it had to say to me...but I bought a new one today and I've lost my first 10lbs! K8yk is very inspiring and she told me that sometimes a break is good for recovery...if you're on antibiotics right now maybe you can't handle the full load of exercise right now anyway and the fact that you are doing at least 50% is awesome in my book...keep up the good work!!

I will tell you that when I'm on a plateau and can't seem to break it, if I take a break and eat whatever I want for a day - no more than two - then when I start eating right again I always lose at least 2 lbs in less than a week. I think sometimes it's good to change things up. Your body won't feel the need to hold on to the fat if it doesn't feel deprived. That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it! LOL

You're doing great. Take some time to rest and recover. When ur not feeling well and taking meds, u must give ur body some time to bounce back. It's amazing that you are in school and a single mom, hats off to you. You are setting a great example for ur son. He's very fortunate to have u :)
