This month is not starting off very well. I have been tired and depress alot this week. I have not even kept up my food journal this week either. My husband is on a business trip out of state this week. Things are just not the same without him. Hopefully when he get back on Saturday I'll be better.

Don't dwell on it! Just jump back on the bandwagon! Remember you're the only one who can do it! Don't get discouraged.

Just do what you can. It's not an all or nothing thing. Sometimes the best we can do is maintain our weight. I just heard on Dr. Oz's show that asparagus is supposed to help with depression. It couldn't hurt. Hang in there.

Hang in there...you may also want to take a multi-vitamin. With diets, sometimes we don't get enough of the vitamins and minerals our bodies need. When you are lower on B vitamins that can cause depression. Another thing that has helped me ALOT is Estroven - it is an herbal/vitamin supplement for women who are pre, post or menopausal. That helped even my moods so much - I don't miss a day. Start looking ahead to better days, hubby home, tracking food and losing tons of weight :-)
