Not quite sure why it is if I eat more than 1000 cal in a day that I gain weight the next day even though my BMR is greater than 1000 cal and I exercise on top of that. Maybe my metabolism is messed up.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 48.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
