today I had a pretty busy day I went to zumba for a hour and then got ready and went to doctor and then went shopping and then came home and got supper,so my steps I'm very pleased with so here goes steps 6832 ,burned 1738,miles3.28 .not bad bur I don't like my carbs that I took in but running around didn't really take time to eat much .just grabbed something that I could eat sence I'm gluten free ,
