My work wellness program is going well. We were given a list with 4 catagories and we are to do one activity in each category every day. There are bonus points if you lose 1% of your body weight that week. It has been a good incentive when I wanted to be lazy. I have been walking on our track at lunch. And I am taking healthy lunches/snacks to work. I bought myself a Tom Tom Sparks pedometer. I am really liking it so far. Seems much more accurate than my garmin pedometer was. I like that when I reach my goal it vibrates. It's always a nice little surprise! My biggest problem is that I am extremely bored at work with very little to do right now. That makes me just want to eat! I haven't been...but I want to!
