Woke at 225.0, up 2.6 from yesterday after some pretty carby and salty happy hour food late last night. Sort of wasting my non-med week off but enjoying time with my daughter. Today is a business lunch at a local restaurant but that will probably be chicken or beef with a veg. Will leave the potatoes and bread alone. UPDATE: Ate a light lunch and then a light dinner and did not hit calorie limit for the day. Weighed 221.,8 at the end of the day.
