Wow everyone is doing so well hoping I get some good results come Monday then have to change weight in day to Friday as we are starting our biggest loser competition at work with Friday Weigh ins it's always fun and there are actually four of us at work on some for of low carb WOE - feeling good been bang on with my carbs in and around 20 and still on track for 6 workouts this week was in the pool again tonight feeling a bit fatigued couldn't get my pace up so extended my swim to 40 minutes HAPPY HUMP DAY EVERYONE:)
