Mau naiki masa otot nurunin lemak,sdh terbiasa nurunin kadar air aj skr ganti menu ya naik BB,anggap penyesuaian,tp lumayan 1 hari turun 0,2 aj kmrin 7 sept 55,7 😊 hari minggu tgl 3 sept kmrin habis cheat jg trs ad acaran dirumah jd dnikmati aj
