Well I should say gym is probably causing this gain.. And I'm totally ok with it I guess! I have to.. Or I'd turn into that skinny fragile bag of bones which argued with folks and was so anorexic:( I don't wanna go back and starve myself and have those fights with everyone about what I eat. Now I'm happy an healthy and I am also exercising all the week. If the guilt would be gone, i couldn't be happier!
