well finaly starting to feel better so today I try ed to catch up on stuff around the house I even made my hand santizer lotion ,so that's out of the way ,now my steps 3243,burned 1978, miles 1.45 .oh Yell I made a spaghetti squash tonight and love it .I've try ed before and didn't get the crunch I got today .and made zucchini brownies gluten free .
