mesa4191's Journal, 23 Mar 12

I weighed my self this morning and I cant believe in one day how fast the 2.5 lbs came off with just eating right all day yesterday and doing house work and some fitness work out videos. I hope this pattern continues and the weight keeps shedding off I'm SOOO PUMPED, if all I have to maintain is what I did yesterday for this weight to come off I'm SO DOWN, its not easy but I know i can make this work I have faith in myself this time around. I look forward to waking up every morning and weighing my self, before I dreaded the scale now I cant wait to get on it !!! I can't wait to get out of the 230s I have been stuck in them since last summer... Losing 2.5lbs in one day is telling me this is what my body wants and needs.. I'm proud of myself and this is only the beginning of my journey!! All Smiles :)

congrats! I was told by another member also, that mini goals make it so much easier ! So I also look at every 10 lbs as a mini goal met! I cannot agree with you more on wanting to lose it and have everyone be like "OMG you look great!" And just to feel good about myself! I am going to add you as my buddy so we can help each other along the way! I love this website. :)

Yeah I learned that smaller goals are SOOO MUCH better then big ones.. It keeps you going because my overall weight goal is so far away that i feel that if i just look at that for my only goal i wont succeed!! So I seen that people set mini goals on this website and I gave my self ones also, and honestly I really do feel a huge push to make it to my mini goals, once one mini goal is out the way you have another one right up behind it and I love that!! Yes I would love to have your support and I will help you also.. I love to have support from people it helps me alot and I know I'm going to have those days where I'm going to feel down but I know ill be supported by all the nice, supportive people on this website. I'm so glad I found it !!!

@ mesa thanks for the add!.. i started out years and years ago at 233, been over 200 lbs most of my adult life (at least since my junior year in highschool)... it takes a lot of work but you can definately do it and its not as hard as it seems. keep things simple and you will succeed! hope you're having a good day!

@ Naiomy everyone says weightloss is a metal thing.. Its 80% mental and 20% physical.. I feel once I get the metal part down there will be noo stopping me ... I have to think positive.. when it comes to myself I tend to always be negative and I need to learn to stop. So ill keep my meals and exercise simple and then when my body adapts change it up a little bit :) thanks so much !!
