Good morning to all my followers, fans, (Keto) fanatics and FS friends! (To everyone else...)

In the first 100 days, my liver function improved to normal levels, sodium remained low, my Hemo A1C dropped to a near perfect 5.1, serum glucose dropped to 73, my HDL rose and my LDL dropped (and stayed in normal limits)...

Every blood, serum and urine marker IMPROVED.

So, please, non-Keto blasphemers... tell me again how this WOE is "bad" for me... I'm more than willing to wait for your epiphany.
